The video depicts the way this local and coastal environment is the people’s drive and element and how the coastal populations live to the rythm of the coast, the tides, the weather.

The inhabitants explain how the ancestral values and knowledge are put to work and believe in the importance of teaching children about their ancestral history.

Real estate development is putting this population at risk owing to direct / indirect degradation of environment, especially from the obstruction of natural storm-water drainage and the stress it is causing on resources, namely water. Add to this the over-exploitation of thining resources, especially fish.
