Gap analysis of EIA documentation

In November 2023, mru2025 sent its comments on the EIA documentation (ref. 282462/eia/vm/01) prepared for the account of P. R. Capital (Mauritius) Ltd in view of its Smart City development project on a 365-Hectare of freehold land of great ecosystemic value.

We have been assisted and helped  in our task by several scientific experts who raised several concerns about the project. Among them, Claude Lahausse de la Louvière, an independant Environmental and Social Impact Consultant.
